​The classes are open to all, from complete beginners to teachers and trainees. The charge is £30.

We're intending to do a class every Wednesday. Dates when we are unable to will be posted here.

Training and Intensive Programme weekend dates for 2025

 

These are our intensive weekends, which are primarily for trainee Alexander teachers and serious students with a certain level of experience. They usually start on the second Friday of the month.

​

There are opportunities for 'beginners', or anyone who would like to come and find out more, on the Saturdays. Either to 'join in' with the group - for which there is a charge - or to work with our senior trainees so they can get some teaching practice. There is no charge for this.
