Alexander Technique workshop    Saturday July 23rd, 2:30 to 5pm

It is open to all, from complete ‘beginners’ to teachers and trainees from every background.

If you are new to the Alexander Technique you’ll find out about the work and how to apply it.

If you have had Alexander lessons in the past, you’ll experience the work from a different point of view.

Teachers and trainees will get a chance to find out about our way of teaching, which is less about ‘freeing necks’ and more about, as FM said, ‘quickening the conscious mind’.

  • Bring your back pain or your physical issues

  • Your stress or existential angst, or creative block

  • Or an acitivty - your running shoes, or musical instrument, or monologue

  • Your training and/or teaching questions

  • Or just your curiosity and a sense of humour

Due to limited space it will be a small group.
