Weekly group session on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 to 8:30.

The classes are open to all, from complete beginners to teachers and trainees. The charge is £30.

We're intending to do a class every Wednesday. Dates when we are unable to will be posted here.

Training and Intensive Programme weekend dates for 2024

 

These are our intensive weekends, which are primarily for trainee Alexander teachers and serious students with a certain level of experience.

​

There are opportunities for 'beginners', or anyone who would like to come and find out more, on the Saturdays.
