We're looking for a date for the next Saturday afternoon workshop. Let us know if you would like to be kept informed.
Workshop on Saturday March 2nd, 10:30 to 1pm,
with Peter Nobes, Michael Ashcroft and Lulie Tanett
This open to all, from 'complete beginners’ to teachers and trainees from every background.
If you are new to the Alexander Technique you’ll find out about the work and how to apply it.
If you have had Alexander lessons in the past, you’ll experience the work from a different point of view.
Teachers and trainees will get a chance to find out about our way of teaching, which is less about ‘freeing necks’ and more about, as FM Alexander said, ‘quickening the conscious mind’.
· Bring your back pain or your physical issues
· Your questions about consciousness, awareness, or three-dimensional mindfulness
· Your stress or existential angst, or creative block
· Or an acitivty - your running shoes, or musical instrument, or monologue
· Your training and/or teaching questions
· Or just your curiosity and a sense of humour
Where? South Bank Alexander Technique Centre, Blackfriars Rd, London SE1
When? Saturday March 2nd, 10:30am to 1pm.

Training and Intensive Programme weekend dates for 2023/4
These are our intensive weekends, which are primarily for trainee Alexander teachers and serious students with a certain level of experience. There are opportunities for 'beginners', or anyone who would like to come and find out more, on the Saturdays.
OUR INTENSIVE WEEKENDS ARE FULLY BOOKED. We're starting a waiting list for people who want to train as teachers.
June 14/15/16th. Gilles Estran, from Bordeaux, will be our visiting teacher.
Our August retreat in France will probably be 27th to 31st.
