There will be no classes in April on Wednesday 4th and 11th. We will be back to our regular schedule on Wednesday 17th
Weekly group session on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 to 8:30.
The classes are open to all, from complete beginners to teachers and trainees. The charge is £30.
We're intending to do a class every Wednesday. Dates when we are unable to will be posted here.
Training and Intensive Programme weekend dates for 2023/4
These are our intensive weekends, which are primarily for trainee Alexander teachers and serious students with a certain level of experience. There are opportunities for 'beginners', or anyone who would like to come and find out more, on the Saturdays, but we now have a waiting list for people who want to train as teachers.
